About The Position
The Food Service Representative (FSR) in the Away from Home segment will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts out in the Abeline and San Angelo market. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships, including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include: Restaurants, C&G Fountain, Rec/Amusement, Access, Lodging, and Special Events.
Requirements
- 3 years of food & beverage experience or fact-based selling experience.
- Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi).
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have interpersonal, communication, team working and customer service skills.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual - strongly preferred.
- Safe driving record strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with distributors, restaurants and retail channels is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Responsible for executing annual plan against priority brand distribution in designated territory
- Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements
- Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities
- Forecasting responsibility
- Beverage Optimizer management
- Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth
