This position will be the primary contact for the Level Ground group of brands for Food Service and Wholesale accounts. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, leading the RFP process for large customers, and developing service agreements. The representative will act as the main contact for food service leads, manage account requests and pricing inquiries, and execute strategies to grow market share within coffee shops, offices, and institutional accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and site visits is crucial. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment, pricing, and service levels.
