About The Position
A facility in Tyler, TX is seeking to hire a Food Service Call Center Operator to join the growing team! This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday and every other weekend. The shifts available are 7am-3:30pm and 4pm-8:30pm. The pay rate is $15 per hour.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Accurately taking, modifying, and entering food orders into the computer system
- Answering queries
- Addressing complaints
- Enhancing customer service
- Processing patient food orders
- Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation
