Requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee daily food service operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Plan and prepare balanced menus that meet nutritional guidelines and resident preferences.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain budgetary constraints.
Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
Implement sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs of residents.
Conduct regular inspections of food storage and preparation areas.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are met.
