About The Position
Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Manager 3 for Rock Hill Schools in Rock Hill, SC. This role involves guiding daily operations, building strong partnerships with district leaders, and elevating the student dining experience through quality, consistency, and innovation. The manager will have the autonomy to shape service delivery while utilizing Sodexo’s programs, tools, and resources. Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience

- Culinary production experience
- Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance

- Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and proficiency in computer skills and report management experience (does not apply to external candidates)
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years minimum management experience
- 1 year minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience with leading national school lunch programs is preferred
