Sodexo is seeking (2) Food Service Manager 2's to lead daily operations for their food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center located in Neptune City, New Jersey. Jersey Shore Medical Center operates with approximately 700 beds, serving as a major regional academic medical center. Specific recent data indicates it has 628 staffed beds and includes an 88-bed children's hospital (K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital). This role involves creating and delivering innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family, and staff daily, evaluating and developing service levels for the overall Patient Services Program, overseeing Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery, collaborating with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience, performing tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy, and delivering high-quality food service.
