It requires demonstrating exceptional customer service, operating point-of-sale systems, adhering to food safety rules and HACCP, and performing various kitchen duties including pre-preparation, food production, service, clean-up, and inventory assistance. The role also includes driving vans and refrigerated trucks to satellite sites for food delivery and ensuring sanitation practices are followed.
