Consistently demonstrates excellent customer service maintaining compassion and empathy at all times. Responsible for receiving and processing meal orders for patients, visitors, and caregivers. Enter and maintain accurate patient and diet order information in the diet office computer system. Assist customers on modified diets with their food requests. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 6 months of computer keyboard experience.
- Microsoft Operating System.
