About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Food Service Baker to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Schedule Requirement: This position requires full open availability, including weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Shifts may vary based on operational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to read and follow recipes, labels, and written instructions
- Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable attendance and ability to complete assigned shifts
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and baked goods for daily meals and special events.
- Maintain records, recipes, and adjust meals based on diet needs and meal counts.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation.
- Keep kitchens, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitary.
- Support meal service, cleanup, laundry, and overall kitchen operations.
