About The Position

This position combines administrative support, catering coordination, customer service, and hands-on participation in kitchen operations. You will contribute directly to delivering efficient, professional, and high-quality service while working in an environment that values collaboration, autonomy, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in food services, hospitality, kitchen operations, or in a role combining administrative and operational responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using common computer tools
• Attention to detail and rigor in following procedures and processing requests
• Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, event organizers, and internal clients
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to communicate occasionally, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking colleagues

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating catering requests, including order processing, delivery arrangements, and on-site setup according to client needs
• Managing the food services mailbox and providing professional customer service both in person and through written communications
• Performing various administrative tasks, including processing internal requests, preparing documents, product labeling, and supporting operational activities
• Participating in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, hot table service, ready-to-go meal assembly, and supporting different workstations as needed
• Contributing to the maintenance of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while promoting operational efficiency and minimizing food waste
