PT Weekend Food Service Associate
About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking a Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse, a skilled nursing and long-term care facility with 54 suites. This role involves assisting with patient meal service, including tray assembly, operating the dishwasher, and serving patrons. The position also includes cash handling for cafeteria duties and maintaining relevant records and inventories. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays, with flexibility required for either the 7:00 am-2:30 pm or 3:45 pm-7:30 pm shift, totaling approximately 12 hours per week. The pay rate is up to $18.31 per hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service associate/dietary aide experience in a health care setting.
- Cash handling experience for cafeteria duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient tray line assembly.
- Load, operate, and clean the dishwasher.
