About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-Time Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse, a skilled nursing and long-term care facility with 54 suites. This role involves working independently as a lead within dining room services during daytime shifts, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests. The position requires attention to detail in table preparation, food handling, and supporting other servers.

Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience above the level of fast food/quick service is required.
Minimum age of 18 years old required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts.
Prepares tables for meals.
Refilling containers.
Clearing dishes.
Handling food safely.
Attending to residents’ needs.
Taking phone orders.
Ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
Facilitating a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.
