About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-Time Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse, a facility with 54 skilled nursing and long-term care suites. This role involves working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts, preparing tables, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents’ needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers complete tasks efficiently. The goal is to facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.

Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience above the level of fast food/quick service is required.
Minimum age of 18 years old required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts.
Prepares tables for meals.
Refilling containers.
Clearing dishes.
Handling food safely.
Attending to residents’ needs.
Taking phone orders.
Ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
Facilitating a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.
