This role involves preparing and serving food items for patients and cafeteria customers, as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food service areas. Responsibilities include slicing meats and cheeses, assembling various food items, serving patient meals and snacks, operating the cafeteria grill and cashier station, and performing dishwashing and sanitation duties. The associate will also be responsible for trash removal and delivering/picking up patient meal trays. All duties must be performed in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards, with a strong emphasis on providing excellent service to all individuals.
