About The Position

The Food Service Assistant executes recipes, practices sound sanitation, properly cleans equipment, follows safety rules, and fills in other job positions as needed. The role supports team behavior and exceptional patient and guest experiences while upholding and promoting patient safety and quality.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write, speak, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to use simple arithmetic.
• Ability to follow a recipe and measure correctly.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six to twelve months' experience in the food service industry and knowledge of recipe execution and sanitation management preferred.
