About The Position

This is a full-time position at Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, AL. The role involves executing recipes, practicing sound sanitation, properly cleaning equipment, and following safety rules. The Food Service Assistant will also fill in for other job positions as needed, demonstrate and encourage team behavior, and provide exceptional patient/guest experiences. A key aspect of the role is to uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write
• Ability to speak and follow oral and written instructions
• Must read and use simple arithmetic
• Must be able to follow a recipe and measure correctly

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six to twelve months' experience in food service industry
• Knowledge of recipe execution and sanitation management preferred
