About The Position

The Village at St. Clair has an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Aide to join their team. This is an unscheduled part-time position located at 1800 Talbot Road in Windsor, ON. The hiring rate for this role is $22.28 per collective agreement/employee association agreement. As a new Food Services team member, you will assist in serving meals and beverages, ensuring residents' diets and food preferences are met while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques. You will also support the resident-centered social culture, deliver high-quality customer service, and assist with the preparation of catering functions and events, as well as maintaining a clean dining room and workspace. Requirements

  • Completed, enrolled in or willing to enroll in the Food Services Worker training program
  • Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
  • Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
  • Be able to lift up to 35lbs
  • Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
