About The Position
St. Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic is looking for an experienced Food Service Aide to join our Food & Nutrition team! This is a Full Time position, 40 hours/week.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalency (required)
- Customer service oriented
- Effectively communicates with customers, clients and management.
- Able to work with minimal supervision or alone.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining general cleanliness of entire department including kitchen, storage and public areas and equipment.
- Sanitation and maintenance of dish room and dish machine.
- Dish and pot washing and storage.
- Proper storage and rotation of all foods and nonfoods delivered to the facility.
- Assists with patient and cafeteria meal service, set up and break down as needed.
- Responsible for the record keeping of dish machine temperatures.
- Follows management/supervisory direction to ensure smooth operation and quality control.
