About The Position

The Server accommodates residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. The role is at Spring Arbor of Crofton and has part-time shifts available, with no late nights. Associates must work every other weekend.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility/adaptability, safety awareness, and teamwork.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.
• Must adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy; the Community is a drug-free workplace.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food efficiently and professionally.
• Clear glasses, silverware, dishes, and other items from tables after residents and guests finish a course or meal, according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room; wipe down and sanitize chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
