About The Position

The Food Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests. This position takes food and beverage orders, serves meals, assists with guest requests, and helps maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Requirements

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to carry trays, dishes, and food items safely.
• Must follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Answer basic questions regarding menu items and available options.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to kitchen staff.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests as needed.
• Clear and clean tables between guests.
• Set and prepare tables for service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist with restocking utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and other supplies.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to provide efficient service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and notify a supervisor when necessary.
• Follow company policies and customer service standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
