About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous serving experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
• Comfort working with basic math (handling orders, payments, etc.)
• Ability to follow procedures and communicate clearly with guests and team members
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for most of your shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs (food trays, etc.)
• Ability to work in a lively, sometimes loud environment

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, friendly service to every guest—making each visit enjoyable and memorable
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and beverages (including responsible alcohol service)
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with opening/closing duties and general restaurant upkeep
