SUNDANCE FOOD SERVER - PART TIME
About The Position
The Sundance food server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and courteous manner. This role requires maintaining a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service Standards, thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures, and adherence to all appearance and uniform standards. The position also requires maintaining an open line of communication with Managers, a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions, and the ability to accept performance feedback professionally. Regular and on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts is essential.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in the hospitality industry.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Identification that establishes identity.
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.
- Valid Health Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Responsible for serving food and drinks to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
