About The Position

We are Turning Stone Enterprises, a dynamic organization with a diverse range of business operations. Among our prominent offerings is the Turning Stone Resort Casino, which has received the prestigious Best of New York Gaming Resort award for an impressive six consecutive years. Complementing this flagship property, we operate satellite casinos like YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino, and The Lake House at Sylvan Beach. Beyond gaming and hospitality, our portfolio also includes convenience stores, three 18 hole PGA-level golf courses, and other unique ventures.
Requirements
- Previous tray or food server experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Reports to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station and reviews BEO.
- Ensures that stations are clean, orderly and stocked with the specified condiments and promotional material. Ensures that tables are set properly according to BEO.
- Completes side duties, including, but not limited to, stocking condiments, folding napkins, polishing glasses, etc...
- Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, being served at that function and the method of preparation.
- Ensures that all guest choice of entrees is correct before service.
