About The Position

Saint Therese of Woodbury is hiring a casual/on-call Food Server / Dietary Aide to support meal service in its senior living community. The role serves meals to residents and tenants, assists with dining needs, and helps maintain clean dining areas and smooth meal operations. The position is described as part-time and offers an on-call/casual schedule, with a shift from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The pay range is $18.89–$25.63 per hour, based on experience, and same-day pay is available. The Woodbury community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled care, and transitional care settings. Saint Therese is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization focused on compassionate, person-centered care.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous serving or hospitality experience.
Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines.
Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations.
Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery.
Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service.
