About The Position

Be part of the Saint Therese difference as a Food Server / Dietary Aide at the Woodbury community. This casual, on-call role supports dining service and helps create welcoming meal experiences for residents and tenants. The position serves meals, assists residents, and supports smooth meal service in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The listed shift is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with pay of $18.89–$25.63 per hour based on experience. Saint Therese of Woodbury is a modern senior living community focused on whole-person wellness. The campus includes independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, as well as skilled and transitional care units. Saint Therese is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization with more than 60 years of experience providing compassionate, person-centered care.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous serving or hospitality experience.
Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines.
Serve meals accurately and efficiently while supporting a positive dining experience.
Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations.
Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery.
Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service.
