About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth service of guests in a timely and professional manner. The Food Server Banquet will provide food and beverage service in various banquet formats and setups, and assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and catering functions as needed. A key responsibility includes maintaining knowledge of company policies and local ordinances related to alcohol service. The position also involves answering guest questions and resolving service-related concerns, performing additional duties as assigned, and upholding the highest level of integrity and meeting standards required by a regulated business.
