General Responsibilities: The principal responsibility of the Food Sanitation Specialist is to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with the contract requirements, washing dishes, cleaning tables etc., and may serve food to the military personnel General Responsibilities: The principal responsibility of the Food Sanitation Specialist is to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with the contract requirements. Additional duties may include serving customers for correct portions and menu items. Additional Responsibilities: Adhere to the Blackstone Consulting, Inc. policies, rules and regulations as set forth in the Employee Handbook and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
