About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety by monitoring, testing, recording, and reacting to data pertaining to products, production, and processes. Key responsibilities include verifying raw materials and finished products comply with specifications, producing accurate results in a fast-paced environment, and proactively addressing potential problems. The position involves completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with various stakeholders, and adapting to change. Maintaining knowledge of laboratory functions, including operations, calibration, and maintenance, is crucial. This role also utilizes a continuous improvement mindset by assisting in identifying and correcting process improvement opportunities, conducting statistical process control and root cause analysis, and participating in continuous improvement projects. Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) and computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Science, Agriculture or related field.
• Fluid milk testing laboratory with experience in raw milk sample testing, bottled milk testing as well as pre-operations inspections and swabbing.

• Verifies raw materials and finished products are in compliance with federal state and company specifications.
