Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician - All Shifts

As an FSQA Technician, you'll be on the front line of making sure every product that leaves our facility is safe, high-quality, and meets the standards our customers count on. No food science degree, no prior food industry background — we'll train you. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in doing things right, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn — a background in food, science, or quality is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
Responsibilities
- Check incoming materials and ingredients to make sure they meet our quality and safety standards
- Review and verify production records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
- Spot and flag anything that doesn't look right, and help the team fix it fast
- Support food safety programs that keep our products safe for the people who eat them
- Work alongside production teams, sharing best practices for quality and food safety
- Take part in audits and help keep our facility inspection-ready
