About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Food Safety Auditor at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. The role works alongside the health department and manages inspections, helping ensure food safety procedures are followed to protect team members and guests. The position supports game-day operations at an arena where Delaware North operates concessions, clubs, suites, and a members-only fine dining restaurant.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the food safety industry.
• Availability to work home game days.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Walk health department and independent auditors around on game days and oversee inspections.
• Oversee quality and food safety programs, including implementation, team-member training, and documentation.
• Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event.
• Calibrate recording and measuring equipment.
• Act as the liaison between the site and its contract sanitation and chemical supplier.
