About The Position

Roth Industries, a diversified prepared foods company specializing in manufacturing, distributing, marketing, and selling freshly prepared foods, is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Floor Manager. This role, reporting directly to the Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, is responsible for managing the implementation and compliance of food safety programs and quality systems to ensure products and systems meet customer requirements and comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulatory Agencies. The company proudly distributes its own brands in over 8,000 stores nationwide through major retailers and supermarket chains, and also partners with grocers, restaurants, CPG start-ups, and established brands for private-label and co-packed solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field required
2+ years of USDA regulatory experience required
2+ years of SQF experience required
Experience leading Quality Systems within a food manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes
Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities

Lead and support site-level Quality Management Systems (QMS), food safety, and regulatory compliance programs
Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, SQF, GMP, and customer quality standards
Support audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor quality and food safety KPIs, investigate issues, and help drive resolution plans
Manage customer complaints, CAPA processes, traceability, and validation programs
Partner cross-functionally with production, warehouse, maintenance, and leadership teams
Train, mentor, and support development of the quality team
Help maintain a strong food safety and quality-focused culture across the facility
