We are seeking a Food Safety & HACCP Manager to lead and maintain our food safety system while ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and day-to-day execution of key food safety programs. This role is responsible for both the management and execution of critical food safety functions. The position owns the overall food safety system while ensuring that documentation, verification activities, inspections, training support, and compliance requirements are consistently completed. This position currently combines responsibilities that will eventually be separated into multiple roles as the company continues to grow. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to help shape the future structure of the food safety department. A transition plan is already in place, and the current Food Safety & HACCP Manager will remain available for support, training, and consultation during the onboarding period.
