About The Position
Glass & Vine is seeking winning personalities to work at our beautiful venue in Coconut Grove!
Requirements
- Must be able to multitask in order to ensure guests get their orders promptly
- Possess a high degree of organizational skills to easily locate tables and bar patrons to fulfill everyone’s orders
- Excellent communication skills to ensure they meet guests’ requests
- Able to remain on their feet for several hours straight
- Able to carry about 25 pounds easily
- Must show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check in with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Ensure guests have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
