Responsibilities

  • Food Runners may be utilized at Hard Rock Cafe during high business volume.
  • In addition to delivering guests’ orders, they will assist servers in responding to the requests of our guests.
  • The main responsibility of this position is to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently.
  • Deliver condiments and drinks as needed (to include alcoholic beverages).
  • Refill beverages as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and polite manner.
  • Promptly and professionally, handle guest issues and communicates problems and concern to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized server alley and expo area.
  • Stock ice and glassware on the server line.
  • Pre-buss tables.
  • Clean and reset dirty tables.
  • Sweep the floor.
  • Assist and communicate clearly with the kitchen staff and front of the house staff.
