About The Position
This position is responsible for preparing and checking plate presentation, accuracy, and ticket times for food going out of the window. The Food Runner will interact with guests and should have knowledge of all menu items. This role is responsible for communicating needs to the kitchen as well as other food issues. This job will also involve opening and closing side duties. The Food Runner maintains their assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
