About The Position
The Server is responsible for serving guests in designated outlets according to the service specifications of that outlet to provide the guests with outstanding dining experience.
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of food and beverage is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for complete and accurate set-up and breakdown of the dining room including stocking.
- Adhere to department service standards; be accommodating, accurate, and attentive.
- Plans, organizes and completes work timely
- Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
- Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
