About The Position
Food Runners at Chili's create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their enthusiasm for food, beverages, and hospitality. The role focuses on providing customized service, connecting with Guests, helping ensure their needs are met, and contributing to a welcoming team environment. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The schedule may be flexible and part-time or full-time.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
