About The Position

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Food Runners support Servers to help ensure Guests have an excellent experience. The role focuses on assisting with refills, pre-bussing and turning tables, and keeping dining areas clean. Food Runners also help greet Guests, take drink orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating Guest needs. They uphold safety and sanitation standards and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with greeting Guests and taking drink orders.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while anticipating Guest needs.
• Support Servers by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables to expedite service.
• Provide exceptional Guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Perform assigned opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
