About The Position

Food Runners help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members through hospitality and enthusiasm for food, beverages, and people. The role focuses on providing customized Guest service, connecting with Guests, and helping ensure their needs are met. Food Runners work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The company primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles.

Requirements

• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
