About The Position
Food Runners help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for food, beverages, and hospitality. The role is suited to an enthusiastic person who enjoys connecting with Guests and coworkers and making people feel special. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can quickly grow their careers into server roles. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Its menu includes burgers, smoked ribs, fajitas, and margaritas, and the company emphasizes service, hospitality, and giving back. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience through interaction, connection, and ensuring Guest needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
