El Dorado Kitchen is hiring a part-time Food Runner to join our team! Weekend and holiday availability is required, experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right candidate! Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food, when ready to sell, is sold in correct order with correct garnishes; build trays by correct seat number.
• Set up workstation with required mise en place, tools, equipment and supplies according to standards.
• Inspect the cleanliness and working condition of all tools, equipment and supplies.
• Ensure everything complies with standards.
• Check production schedule and pars.
• Establish priority items for the day.
• Inform the Chef/Sous Chef of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day's tasks.
• Meet with Chef/Sous Chef to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
• Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
• Report any damages, maintenance problems or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Restock plates and all prepped garnishes ready for service.
