Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who believe great food needs great hospitality and use their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Food Runners are hired primarily with opportunities to grow quickly into server roles. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Requirements
- Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
