Requirements

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Ability to communicate well with guests
• Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Knowledge of various types of equipment and set up styles used in the meeting rooms
• Comfortable with considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift for room set up and break down

Responsibilities

• Delivering Mobile Dining orders to guest rooms
• Delivering food and beverages within the restaurant and bar
• Setting up and stocking service stations
• Completing side work
• Cleaning and resetting tables during service
• Serving water, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages
• Assisting servers as needed
• Vacuuming the dining room
• Performing general cleaning tasks
• Promptly communicating any guest concerns or issues to the server, dining room supervisor, or manager
