About The Position

The Food Runner plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and professionally from the kitchen to our guests. This position supports the restaurant service team by maintaining dining room readiness, assisting with guest requests, and helping create a seamless service experience. The Food Runner is part of the Restaurant team and reports to the Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to carry and balance food trays safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to accurately read food tickets and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Excellent guest service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to obtain any required local food handling or alcohol service certifications.
• Full-time availability
• Hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Assist with clearing, resetting, and preparing tables, linens, glassware, silverware, and dining areas for service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests and concerns.
• Support restaurant operations by stocking service stations with necessary supplies and food items.
• Assist with the setup, replenishment, breakdown, and cleaning of buffets and food stations.
• Ensure food presentation and portion standards are maintained before delivery to guests.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create memorable guest experiences and maintain Four Seasons standards.
