About The Position
Ballantyne Country Club is looking for a Food Runner to add to our Food and Beverage team. The Food Runner plays a key support role in the dining experience by ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and attractively presented. Working closely with servers and kitchen staff, the Food Runner helps maintain smooth service flow and ensures every guest receives their meal in a timely and professional manner. This position will also help with banquets.
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs occasionally
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Ensure that food orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and attractively presented.
- Help maintain smooth service flow by working closely with servers and kitchen staff.
- Ensure every guest receives their meal in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with banquets.
