About The Position
Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center is seeking a Food Runner to join our food services team. This is the perfect job for someone starting in the food and beverage business.
Requirements
- Possess physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
- Be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Applicant must be willing to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to our restaurants and/or guest rooms rapidly and accurately.
- Act as a point of contact between front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff.
- Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities.
- Busing tables and returning dishes to the kitchen area.
