About The Position

As a Food Runner, you play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience. You are the connection between the kitchen and our guests, helping ensure every plate arrives beautifully, every table is cared for, and every guest feels welcomed. This is a fast-paced, team-driven role perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, movement, and working in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Food Runner or entry-level restaurant role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Proactive, positive attitude focused on guest experience
• Valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification required prior to hire
• Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays
• Ability to work in an environment with exposure to heat, steam, noise, and odors

Responsibilities

• Setting up and preparing the dining room before service
• Supporting servers with delivering food and beverages
• Keeping tables clean, reset, and guest-ready at all times
• Clearing and organizing dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Assisting with restocking and maintaining service stations
• Helping maintain clean, welcoming dining and guest areas
• Collaborating closely with servers and kitchen teams
• Supporting banquet setups and special events
• Learning menu items and resort amenities to assist guests
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Jumping in wherever needed to support the team
