The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. This role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, including holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours. The position involves exposure to casino-related environmental factors such as secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and hectic environments. The Food Runner must be able to lift and carry small and large trays weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
