Requirements

• Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Knowledge of various types of equipment and set up styles used in the meeting rooms.
• Must be comfortable with considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift for room set up and break down.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Mobile Dining orders to guest rooms.
• Deliver food and beverages within the restaurant and bar.
• Set up and stock service stations.
• Complete side work.
• Clean and reset tables during service.
• Serve water, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assist servers as needed.
• Vacuum the dining room.
• Perform general cleaning tasks.
• Promptly communicate any guest concerns or issues to the server, dining room supervisor, or manager.
