They are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Food Runner to join their team. This role is crucial for successful operations, involving the efficient and accurate delivery of guest food, ensuring all items for a table arrive simultaneously. The Food Runner also supports the service team by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, keeping serving stations stocked, and clearing/cleaning tables. Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the expo area in the kitchen and server stations
Deliver all guest food in a timely and efficient manner
Assist the servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests
Assist servers with continual service details
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area
Be the master of the restaurant, understanding the details of the operation
Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
Support the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to guests
Ensure efficient delivery of all guest food and checking for accuracy of plates and orders
Assist in ensuring all food for a table gets delivered at the same time
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Aid in keeping the serving stations filled
Clear and clean tables
Keep the restaurant clean
